International students are invited to apply for the fully funded Azerbaijan Government Scholarship 2023-24 for students pursuing undergraduate, master’s, or doctoral studies in Azerbaijan. Azerbaijan Government Scholarship Requirements

You must meet the following requirements to be considered for an Azerbaijan Government Scholarship:

  • English, Malay, or Arabic are required languages.
  • Countries that qualify: Member Countries.
  • Citizens under the age of 25 are eligible for undergraduate and general medicine programs.
  • Citizens under the age of 30 are eligible for graduate and residency programs.
  • Citizens under the age of 40 are eligible for PhD degrees.

How to Apply for Azerbaijan Government Scholarship

How can I apply for Azerbaijan government scholarship? To apply for this scholarship, please follow the steps below:

  • Fill out the online application form.
  • Provide the following documents:
    • Transcripts or diplomas from previous high school or university education.
    • Passport photocopy
    • General health status document (including HIV/AIDS, Hepatitis B and C tests)
    • CV/Résumé
    • Letter of Motivation
    • English Proficiency Proof (for programmes in foreign languages: for undergraduate programmes IELTS 5, TOEFL 40, for other programmes IELTS 5.5, TOEFL 50).
    • All documents must be notarized and translated into English or Russian.
  • Your country’s respective state entities (ministries, embassies, etc.) must submit the documents to any Embassy or the Republic of Azerbaijan’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
